Unveiling the Future of Financial Services: Our Presence at iFX EXPO International
We presented our EXO CRM & Trader state-of-the-art software solution at iFX EXPO Cyprus!
There are various opinions about what a CV should look like, but one thing is for sure - it is the best if the reader likes it. When it comes to us, we like to see the following few things when we get your CVs.
If you are applying for multiple positions, it is important to us that the CV states the experience that is relevant to the position you are applying for. Investigate what technologies are needed and explain to us your experience with them, which ones you’ve used so far and what you did in previous jobs. For lower positions, it is important for us to see your proactivity and activism, as well as a desire to learn and progress.
By experience we also consider things you did outside of work and formal education, such as courses and volunteering. Also, your last job is the most important to us, so put it first because we will see it first, we follow it one by one.
Research says that recruiters go trough the CV in 6 seconds, we watch for a little longer, but that doesn't mean it should be thrown. Focus on your keywords and make sure your CV keeps our attention. Format it nicely and try to keep it neat, use clear text, arrange it nicely and assign keywords. This is your first introduction to us and our first impression of you.
The worst thing you can do to yourself if you don’t have a design talent is to try to design your CV. The only exception to this rule is if you are applying for positions where design is required, so you want to show us your skills.
Although we will get to know you better at the interview, we want to have a picture of you before that. Of course, don't dedicate yourself too much to this part and write too much, because there is no emphasis on it in the CV.
Feel free to write down what your interests are and what interests you, we may find some common ground. It is very important to us that the candidates fit into our team and our culture, so it is important to us to see what kind of person you are.
Although there is often controversy about this, whether to insert or not, we can say our opinion, and that is that we prefer a CV with a picture.
It is important to know that you can always send us your CV, even when we do not have open positions. There will always be a place for talent and genius minds in #TerraCoreTech, and maybe we will open a new position, just for you.
