Unveiling the Future of Financial Services: Our Presence at iFX EXPO International
We presented our EXO CRM & Trader state-of-the-art software solution at iFX EXPO Cyprus!
In our previous blogs, you could learn what type of people and CVs we prefer. If you liked that, it’s time to see what the last step looks like before you become a part of #TerraCoreCrew. And don’t worry, we are not going to ask you where you see yourself in the next 5 years.
We see the interview process as a get to know activity and casual conversation with a cup of coffee to share (we have a great coffee machine in our office, the coffee is a blast). If you haven’t figured it out yet, to us it is important what kind of person you are and we always strive to find someone who will easily fit in our team and our culture.
Regarding the formal stuff, it is important to us that you are precise and that you do some research on us and the company, maybe talk to someone who knows us or research info that are available on social media and our website (which is btw coming soon, we promise).
Since we are aware that the company is officially new and that there is not much information available, we start the interview with an introduction of us, our company, projects we are working on, how we started, what kind of team we formed, what we believe in and what we strive for.
We think it is important to share our story with you, the idea and vision behind TerraCore as we would like to hear your story.
This is the part where we have the opportunity to learn and hear more about you and talk about how you could be a good fit for our team. Let’s talk about your knowledge and experience, what you are good at, what motivates you and what you like to do as well as some projects you previously worked on. It is very important that we start honestly with each other and that we are transparent from the beginning.
Probably something from your resume will be very interesting to us and we will focus in depth on that. We will like to know all about that, what was the project, how did it go, what was your role, what did you work on and your overall opinion about it.
Besides the business part, your personal interests, hobbies and preferences are also important to us. We want to know you as a person, as well as for you to know us as people. Afterall, we are all humans in the first place, and then employees.
Sometimes informal conversations and casual chats can create better motivation, will for learning and improvement. Maybe we find similar interests which could speed up the introduction and adjustment process. Tell us what drives you and share your way of thinking with us.
Once we get to know each other, on the finish line we want to set the right expectations together. To talk about your expectations from us, as well as what we would expect from you. Also to go through the general working conditions, benefits and the work system in TerraCore.
After that, we will have an office tour and introduce the rest of our team. Once we talk internally about our cooperation with you, we will send you an email. If we agree that we would like to have you in our team now, we will send you and offer with that email.
If we on the other hand decide to welcome someone else now in the team, that doesn’t mean that we won’t have the opportunity to work together in the future. If you are ok with that, we would like to keep your resume in our database and get in touch with you once we see a new opportunity that we could work on together.

The members of the TerraCore team spent two weekends in nature, first one part of the team participated in the Tribalion OCR race, and then the other part hiked on Kablar.
